@ralexstokes For fixed groups (randomly selected subsets network nodes) the sequence random values is entirely deterministic (+ verifiable = unmanipulable). The next value is unpredictable b/c produced by cooperation 51% next group, as involves at least 1 correct node given fault assumptions.
