DeFi services, and indeed all Web3 services that hold liquidity (e.g. SocialFi) must be controlled by DAOs asap, and must live on-chain not on-cloud
If an "administrator" holds a centralized "master key" rug pulls and hacks are possible. DAOs act like community multi-sigs
