@NickSzabo4 1/ PoW & PoS are anti-sybil & consensus mechanisms. Either network type can incorporate governance. 2/ There are algorithmic governance systems such as DFINITY's Blockchain Nervous System; suggesting committees, boards or multisig are only option is a straw man argument.
